How do I join the rewards program?

Just create an account- it only takes a sec. You’ll earn 100 points right off the bat.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 points for every $1 you spend.

Plus, we’ll drop 100 bonus points on your birthday every year.

How do I redeem points?

Click the black circle with the present icon in the bottom-left corner of the page.

When the menu opens, select the "Redeem Points" tab.

There, you’ll find all the rewards available and can choose how to use your points!

Can I combine reward discounts?

No, reward discount codes cannot be combined. If you want to take advantage of a larger discount, make sure you bank your points and redeem at the larger amount.

Where can I check my points?

Look for the black circle with a present icon in the bottom-left corner of the page — it stays there even when you scroll.

Click it to open a pop-up menu, then tap the "Points" tab.

You’ll see all your lifetime points there.

Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?

First, verify that you were logged into your account while you were shopping and didn't accidentally check out as a guest. If you were and there was an error, please email customer support at customercare@thestylegarage.com.

Do my points or discount rewards expire?

No, points and discount rewards do not expire at this time.

Can I use rewards on promotional offers?

Short answer—maybe. Some promotional offers might not be combined with a reward discount code—it's simply the way the system works. We apologize if you find this inconvenient!
